Services are first come first served.
Satisfaction Policy
Satisfaction Policy:
The client will be assumed to have accepted the Services unconditionally unless a claim of dissatisfaction about Services is initiated within five (5) days of services being provided.
If claim is initiated by client, Luaria Home Services will make changes to gain customer satisfaction or refund any monies collected for active project.
Luaria Home Services reserve the right to refuse any client that doesn't provide ample respect for crews and schedules. Contracts can be terminated at any time if Operations feels need to.
