Spa maintenance & Water Care
$35 ~ Weekly
$70 ~ Biweekly Visits
$200 ~ Deep Cleans Quarterly or Annually
$60 ~ Chemical Deposit
$45 ~ per 1/4 acre
$90 ~ greater than 6" tall
$10 ~ edging boundaries
$20 ~ blowing and weeding
$$$ ~ per materials used
The saying goes that the early bird gets the worm. In this case they get the first available appointment. Serving the local community in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda with top notch home & spa maintenance.
Services require a $35 deposit. All customers are required to sign a service agreement even if they are not going to use our services for longer than one time visit.
Satisfaction Policy:
The client will be assumed to have accepted the Services unconditionally unless a claim of dissatisfaction about Services is initiated within five (5) days of services being provided.
If claim is initiated by client, Luaria Home Services will make changes to gain customer satisfaction or refund any unused monies collected for active project.
Luaria Home Services reserve the right to refuse any client that doesn't provide ample respect for crews and schedules. Contracts can be terminated at any time if Operations feels need to.
Refunds are given at the discretion of the office. If refunds are deemed acceptable, they will be processed within 60 days.
